Background: Ministry For Humanity: Ptah Ministries, Incorporated consists of the activities of the Temple of Ptah and reflects the interests of Empressive Creations Charitable Trust, established in 2021 on the island of St. Croix (indigenously referred to as “AyAy”) in North America. Ministry For Humanity: Ptah Ministries, Incorporated – named after the Kemetic Deity, “Ptah”, represents the Collective Existence of Humanity and Our Responsibility in, with and to the All. The principles of this organization are based in the 42 Oracles of Maat.
What We Are About: The Temple of Ptah was erected to promote and support the Health and Well-Being (aka Wealth) of our Community. It is intended to respond to the gap between the supply of community resources, and the ones that need them the most. Through the sharing of Love, Empathy, Knowledge and Resources ranging from agriculture to estate planning, we intend to use every avenue at our disposal to make life better for our community. Our work is to help our community be more resourceful and sustainable.
Mission and Objective: Ministry For Humanity: Ptah Ministries, Incorporated was established as a means of outreach to be of better service to our community and to Humanity as a whole, through the following Areas of Focus: A. Law and History; B. Agriculture (AgreeCulture); C. Family Structure; D. Spirituality, Health and Healing; E. Estate Planning (From housing to generational wealth); F. Creative/Expressive Arts; G. Education; H. Rites of Passage; and I. Conflict Resolution
Service Goals: Our goal is the betterment of the lives of the inhabitants of our community. For the families struggling to make ends meet, to the men and women on the streets they are forced to call home, even to the young people struggling to stay in school and out of trouble while trying to find their rightful place in their society – we all deserve better! We offer a range of services including agricultural information and products, culinary arts – straight from Nature’s table, Family Yoga practices, and much more. We know that this goal of service would be best achieved through a concerted effort by a viable network of organizations and entities within the community, with common intentions – for the overall benefit of the whole community. This means collaborating with organizations like Salvation Army, Women’s Coalition, Youth with a Mission, Boys and Girls Club, etc. This also means soliciting the help of local businesses, entrepreneurs, contractors, etc., in accomplishing our goals of making a measurable and sustainable impact for the better.
Sponsorships and Corporate Support: As a nonprofit, public charitable organization, all of our funding and support comes from the public and provides the resources we need to provide services to the community. This also means we accept donations (including In-Kind). As such, the first phase of our Ministry is to acquire the resources needed to best get the job done, as in the space to facilitate our activities, the resources to carry them out, along with transportation. Contributors to our organization may take advantage of many benefits including free advertisements on our publications, PSA’s, videos, etc.; at programs and community events; or discounted membership, services or goods that the Ministry provides. If your business is aligned with community involvement and betterment, your contributions can go even further by way of the impact they will have on and by the services provided. Fiscal sponsorships are also a welcomed way to collaborate, acquire resources, and get the work at hand done expeditiously. Empressive Promotions was established as an avenue to promote the work of artists producing things that meet the Empressive Creations’ seal of a approval. This passion began to take flight when I met a band in 2003. It has been a journey of growth and learning every since.
